In terms of job requirements, generally, a bachelor's degree or above is required. Majors in human resource management and related fields are preferred. One needs to be familiar with various recruitment channels and master recruitment processes and interview skills. Possess good communication skills, coordination skills, analytical and judgment abilities, have a certain degree of sensitivity to the talent market, be proficient in using office software, and have a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
