Ø To Ensure Piping Fabrication, Installation and Erection works in compliance with Project
Specification.
Ø To identify risks and Hazards associated with the Piping works and prepare related Risk
assessment and work Method statement.
Ø Pre—Job Briefing and Tool Box Talk to workforce prior to start the work activity.
Ø To ensure timekeeping are followed by subcontractor workers.
Ø To ensure availability of required Engineering drawings, Resources and consumables to carry out
the works.
Ø To coordinate with other discipline such as QA/QC, Material Dept., Painting team etc. according
to requirement during the project phase.
Ø Ensure valid work permit is available with subcontractor prior to start the work.
Ø Ensure site/ shop activity must be highlighted in daily PSCC meeting and communicated to all
parties.
Ø Ensure proper housekeeping to be carried out by subcontractor after completion of job.
Ø To participation in line walk and prepare punch list prior to complete piping Reinstatement
activity.
Ø To ensure Punch list liquidation and action by subcontractor on required punch point on priority
basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Ø Ability to read and understand the piping isometric and general arrangement drawing.
Ø Good knowledge on Piping Fabrication, installation and Erection methodology.
Ø Having good knowledge on Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and PFD,
Ø Ability to assign work scope to subcontractor Workforce and monitoring of work activities at site.
Ø Technical ability to understand the problem and ability to resolve with proper solution accordingto the project specification,
Ø He has good knowledge on carry out Piping Walks, summarize detail punch list and preparingaction plan to complete the assigned work on time.
Ø Hard working and committed to work towards assigned task and result oriented as pipingsupervisor.
Ø Ability to Review Piping Test Packages and plan for carry out related inspection and QC clearancefor final walk.
Ø Ability to co-ordinate with client and good monitoring and follow up at site to get the progress.
Ø Well Verse with the Safety Requirement during execution of piping works.
