Our client, a renowned developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Accountant (Treasury).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and report budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly reports for the Group.
- Support quarterly financial reporting to the Board, as well as EVA and BU KPI reporting.
- Assist with the Digital Transformation Project.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Chartered Accountant/ACCA qualification, or an equivalent.
- At least 4 years of accounting experience in listed firms/REITs, with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP and/or real estate knowledge is an advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, and a self-motivated team player.
- Ability to collaborate with staff at all levels and adapt to change is essential.
- Other desirable traits include being responsible, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
