Responsibilities:
- Report to Project Manager /Site Manager for the Arrangement of work
- Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings
- Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
- Co-ordinate the inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works
- Handling technical and engineering problems on site
- Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
- Monitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors
- Structure and Architectural work
- Set up accounts and workstations .
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements .
- Troubleshoot issues
- Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
- Willing to work on Sites (under hot sun)
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related
Preferably 3 years of experience on project management and building construction projects
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Software skills on MS Project and ACAD preferred
