Our esteemed client seeking a bright and dynamic individual to join their Procurement & Contracts team.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various BUs to assess sourcing requirements and provide prompt procurement support.
- Review the outputs of external consultants, such as M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
- Handle pre-tender, tendering, cost management, and contract administration for development and procurement activities.
- Identify, assess, and recommend new Contractors or Suppliers that align with Business Groups' needs, following the selection and qualification process.
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates to aid decision-making.
- Track market trends and factors affecting material and service availability and pricing.
- Support contract reviews, negotiations, and the management of contract records.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in M&E/Quantity Surveying, construction
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and managing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is an advantage.
