In this position as a Life Claims Manager, you will be reporting to the HOD and work alongside with a team of claims specialists. You will be required to assess/process and approve claims for death, critical illness, disability, terminal illness & other complex claims within service turnaround time.
The ideal incumbent must be able to manage claims investigation independently and attend to service recovery, complaint, appeal and enquiry escalated from customer contact points.

skills and experience required
- At least 7+ years of relevant experience assessing Life claims
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work well with various internal/external stakeholders
- Strong team player, highly meticulous and independent
- LOMA certified or equivalent
