HR & Admin Executive (Construction)

Role & Responsibilities:

* Annual submission of income tax IR8A,Submission of Tax clearanceand others

* Update and maintain Personnel data file of FW worker's

* Arrangement of Skilled Course enrollment for Workers

* Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL Payment

* To follow up FWMI & WICA Renewal matters liaise with Insurance company

* To apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation

* Take care of Dormitory arrangement for workers and update their residence address in OFWAS

* To Prepare PO/Invoice and send it's to the client's

* Prepare Site Monthly Progress Report

* Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.


Requirements:

* Min 2 years experienced in relevant field & construction industry

* Min Qualification Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in Admin & HR

* Must have good communication skills
