Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy and operations, with a strong focus on the China market.
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of the Chinese market, including consumer trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in beauty industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and innovation strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with local partners and vendors.
