Descriptions:
- Oversee inventory management, estimate food usage, place orders with suppliers, and coordinate the delivery of fresh ingredients and beverages.
- Conduct sensory tests or evaluate the quality of fresh produce regularly.
- Supervise food preparation processes and techniques, ensuring consistency in portion sizes and quality control.
- Design and develop appealing menu items, determining prices based on cost analysis.
- Track revenues and expenses, taking corrective measures to meet financial targets.
- Manage the ordering of supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and other essential items.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and any required services.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels through effective manpower planning and allocation.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and oversee training programs for new staff members.
- Uphold the highest service quality standards at all times.
- Address and resolve customer complaints regarding food or service in a professional manner.
- Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained consistently.
Requirements
- Only Singaporeans
- Degree holder in any fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in casual dining restaurant environment
- Excellent knowledge of F&B products and industry trends
- Exceptional leadership skills to lead, manage, train and motivate staff
- Fluent in English and possess good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work 6 days shift work including weekends and Public holiday
