Requirements:
- Manage and coordinate the timeline for international shipments and local delivery in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met
- Preparation of picking list for the ground crew to perform picking daily and ensure cargoes are picked and packed in accordance with SOP
- Monitoring & updating of records for all inventory movements including inbound, outbound, and storage items
- Sort Delivery Orders from vendors/suppliers and verify against purchase orders.
- Ensure purchase orders are received timely in systems and sales orders are fulfilled before goods movement
- Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization particularly with respect to customer optimization
- Direct and review the work plan for assigned staff
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Min Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain preferred
- No experienced are welcomed to apply
- Required Skill(s): Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email), Good Communication Skills, Good Team Player, and a positive attitude.
- Able to speak Mandarin due to liaising with Chinese clients counterparts
- Meticulous and ability to multi-task is a must
