Job Description
- Indoor sales support
- Handle customer enquiry & suggesting solution based on customer’s requirement
- To build and maintain good rapport/relationship with existing customers
- Filter potential customer
- Understand AC/BL/ST/ACT product knowledge
- Provide Technical seminar for local & overseas customers
- Handle customer’s technical enquiries, field service & setup support
- Understand AZ network product together with PLC (if possible)
- Provide network setup support to customers
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication skill, warm hospitality, work attitude
- Able to accept new challenges
- Willing to learn new technical contents
- Good negotiation skill
- Able to work independently
Education requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electronic Electrical Engineering (EEE) or any related Engineering course of study
- Simple trouble shooting skills
