Job Overview:
Doctor Clean Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and motivated Supervisor cum Driver to lead our team of cleaners and oversee day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for upholding the company’s high cleaning standards, managing a diverse team, handling cleaning equipment, and communicating effectively with clients. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of cleaners from various nationalities to maintain exceptional cleaning standards
- Conduct daily pick-up and drop-off of cleaning equipment across Singapore
- Manage and plan routes efficiently for equipment delivery and team coordination
- Assist with special upholstery cleaning (training will be provided)
- Liaise with customers professionally when necessary to ensure service satisfaction
- Handle heavy loads when required, including lifting and transporting equipment from the lorry
- Collect, transport, and hang curtains as part of client services when needed
Requirements:
- Effective English communication skills for client and team interactions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Physical fitness for tasks involving heavy lifting
- Valid driver’s license and familiarity with islandwide routes
- A positive attitude toward team leadership and motivation
