Responsibilities :
F&B
- Maintain high internal quality control standards for fresh produce through effective quality management.
- Ensure the Quality Team performs regular inspections based on approved specifications.
- Make sure inspectors follow ISO/FSSC 22000 standards, HACCP, and GMP guidelines during inspections.
- Report to the Head of Operations on production performance, issues encountered, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct training and audits for Quality Assurance programs, covering customer quality standards, 5S, GMP, food safety, and hygiene.
- Ensure the team promptly reports and submits claims when shipments don’t meet quality standards.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company SOPs and procedures.
- Provide thorough training for new employees and ongoing training for current staff to enhance their skills.
- Manage customer complaints and supplier rejects, conducting timely investigations and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with authorities and manage all food safety audits.
Civil/ Structural
- Check and confirm that the work on-site complies with the latest approved drawings and contract specifications.
- Plan and prepare the concrete trial mix according to specifications.
- Issue a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) when activities deviate from approved drawings and contract specifications.
- Coordinate with the QPs/Client to resolve Non-Conformance notices.
- Prepare and submit Method Statements, quality records, test results, material submissions, and concrete design mixes for client approval.
- Maintain the Project Quality Plan, Management Plan, and other quality records, and organize testing activities as needed.
- Compile all test reports for submission to the authorities via transmittal.
- Update the monthly progress report on quality matters for submission to the authorities.
- Assist with both external and internal quality audits on-site.
Requirements :
F&B
- Experience in F&B Manufacturing industry
- Experience in ISO/FSSC22000
Civil/ Structural
- LTA experience is a plus
- Experience in construction experience
