- Coordinate daily shipping activities with couriers and forwarders (third-party logistics partners)
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents (invoices and packing lists) and shipping records and databases
- Assist in order processing, shipment tracking, freight billing, filing and general administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveries and shipment arrangements
- Tracking & Tracing consignments through to arrival
- Loading and offloading collection/delivery vehicles, and maintain records accordingly
- Packing of consignments, which includes palletising consignment
- Maintain records of all Logistic operations on to in-house database and make the data available to other departments upon request
- Study and implement new initiatives/projects as assigned by Manager
- Open to take on new assignments by Manager
