Responsibilities:
- Foster collective leadership based on meaningful relationships, emphasising collective responsibility for the success of the organisation
- Build capability and capacity to learn, adapt and renew through formal and informal learning programmes, structures and platforms
- Build a future-ready workforce through value creation tools, technology enablement, and innovation.
- Design and execute a management and talent development roadmap for future leaders.
- Develop and manage management development plans and budgets to meet human capital needs and create value for staff.
- Collaborate with HR to support workforce growth strategies and build the leadership pipeline.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / HR
- At least 10 years of experience in leading organisational development, leadership development and talent management within an organisation
- Engage across all levels of the system, supporting leadership and ground in the design and execution of organisational development interventions.
- Adept at designing and conducting interventions at different levels of the system, from small group conversations to large-group sessions.
