Responsibilities:
Assist the team with administrative support on:
- Attend to customer online enquiry and quotation (E.g., Facebook, Instagram, Email, Phone calls).
- Prepare monthly report for all enquiries and present during meeting. Participate on customer journey related meetings and campaigns.
- Answer calls or enquires professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ update orders, or complaints.
- Route Planning – Manage all clients appointments scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with operation team to make sure that jobs are deliver professionally
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken, for team to improve as well as use for decision making during marketing strategies planning.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Participate and execute marketing campaigns
- Issue invoice and update payment to sccounting software
- Preparation of sale and sale-related reports on a timely basis.
- Supporting the company with other administrative tasks
- And any ad-hoc jobs as per required
Requirment
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in sales and admin
- Skills for Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently
- Willingness to learn new things
