Responsibilities:
Facilities Management:
- Ensure all facility operations adhere to safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a secure and healthy environment for staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address facility-related hazards, ensuring that equipment and workspaces are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with standards.
- Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements to prevent disruptions and ensure operational continuity.
- Manage utility services, including but not limited to electricity, water, and waste management, to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for facility-related projects and services.
Security Management:
- Manage all aspects of security, including the supervision of outsourced security partners, to protect the company's assets and personnel.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance security procedures and systems to meet legislative requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
- Develop and implement security policies and protocols, ensuring they are current and effective.
- Liaise with external security providers to address and resolve security incidents promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders regarding security matters, including regular reporting on security incidents and status updates.
Requirements:
- WSH Level C / Registered WSHO / Specialist Diploma in WSH
