Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in executing all test-related activities.
- Support and implement various product configuration setups.
- Test, analyze, and troubleshoot product failures; collaborate closely with process and test engineers to improve yield.
- Participate in Kaizen activities.
- Maintain and update test tracking records.
- Prepare and revise Work Instructions (W/I).
- Provide Work Instruction (W/I) training for new hires.
- Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process and production runs.
- Participate in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec in Electronics, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in test method and concepts.
