Description
- Reporting to the Project Manager;
- Coordinate closely with the Procurement, Admin & HR, IT and Logistics Departments from Head Office to provide full site administration, documentation and secretarial support to the project team in accordance to ISO/Project Standard;
- Assist PM to draft letters using the available standard templates and prepare necessary reports Arrange for dispatch and courier services of project documents to consultants, clients & other 3rd parties;
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondences (including emails, letters, etc) with 3rd parties Disseminate company information and announcement to site staff & workers;
-Other adhoc duties assigned to support project team.
Requirement:
Minimum G.C.E ‘O’ level
2 to 3 years experience
Proficiency in Microsoft office
