Responsibility:
-shall be competent and possesses the skill, knowledge and ability to manage public relation issues and general project queries with the residents effectively;
-showing, explaining and demonstrating to residents the locations and purposes of the Lift Upgrading Programme provisions;
-dealing with requests and handling complaints of the residents with tact and patience; offering on-site suggestions and measures, if necessary;
-arranging for works for the lift upgrading to be carried out outside flats timely; ensuring good rapport and maintaining positive relations with the residents;
-to attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in the construction working committee meetings
- Writing minutes of meetings with Consultants, HDB , Sub-Contractors , etc..
Requirement:
-minimum qualification of GCE "A" Level Certificate or Diploma with at least two years of public relations work experience. The PRO shall be capable of communicating effectively in English, one Chinese dialect and one other official language.
