Position Overview
We are looking for Christmas Roadshow Promoters to join our team during the Christmas season.
Duration: 4 Dec to 17 Dec 2024 (14 days).
Timing: 4-hour shift (12pm to 4pm/4pm to 8pm) or 8-hour shift (12pm to 8pm).
Location: Bugis Junction
Primary Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to promote our honey and festive gift sets.
- Provide detailed information about the flavors and health benefits of our products.
- Offer product samples to attract and encourage buy.
- Achieve sales targets during the promotional period.
- Maintain a clean and attractive product display at the promotional booth.
- Assist in stock replenishment and ensure sufficient product availability.
- Record daily sales and provide feedback on customer preferences and product reception.
Key Requirement
- Prior working experience in retail sales or promotions is an advantage.
- Like to smile, approachable and confident in engaging with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales-driven and motivated to meet targets.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of festive seasons (Christmas/CNY/Mooncake) is a plus.
Salary
- Attractive target-based incentives on top of base pay ($10-$12/hour)
- Training provided on product knowledge and selling techniques.
