Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, check variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements for tender submissions.
- Prepare documents for requesting quotations, including comparison and tender reports.
- Develop and analyze cost estimates for tenders.
- Attend site visits, tender interviews, and meetings as needed.
- Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for materials procurement, cost evaluations, and sub-contractor pre-qualifications.
- Compile and submit progress claims promptly, including updating payment records.
- Assist with contractual matters, including time extensions and correspondence.
- Manage risk, value, and cost control measures.
- Provide Support in any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Able to communicate confidently and work well in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong internet communication skills.
- Independent and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good technical knowledge and well versed in interpretation of drawings.
