Human Resources Generalist - Part-Time

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our company culture and supporting our growing team. You will oversee various HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement, while driving innovative HR projects that enhance our workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Manage a diverse range of HR activities, including recruitment, business partnering, compensation & benefits, and general administration.
  • Digital Transformation: Assist in the digitalization of HR documents and processes to streamline operations.
  • Recruitment Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process—sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, performing background checks, extending job offers, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Job Descriptions & Evaluations: Create and update job descriptions, postings, and candidate evaluation criteria to attract top talent.
  • New Hire Orientation: Coordinate and conduct engaging briefings for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee processes related to probation periods, confirmations, promotions, salary adjustments, resignations, and terminations.
  • Performance Management: Support staff appraisals and performance management initiatives to foster employee growth.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance and leave policies.
  • HR Guidance: Provide expert advice to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize welfare activities and events that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Policy Development: Develop HR policies that align with industry standards and support our company’s mission.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various office administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources; IHRP accreditation is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Proven experience in HR operations and developing/implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong expertise across all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and compliance.
