Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, understand requirements, and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Solution Design: Analyze client requirements, develop and propose tailored technical solutions that align with their business goals, and demonstrate the features and value proposition of our products/services.
- Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, both onsite and remotely, highlighting the technical capabilities and value of the solution.
- Customer Consultations: Engage with clients to gather technical requirements, understand their business processes, and propose the best use of our technologies.
- Proof of Concept (POC): Lead the development and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) scenarios to prove the feasibility of proposed solutions in the client environment.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals and solution documentation, ensuring the proposed architecture meets customer expectations.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as a technical advisor and collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Training and Support: Provide post-sale technical support, training, and guidance to customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from clients to relay to product development teams to help improve offerings based on real-world use cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min. 3 years of experience in solution management or a related role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
