Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand the Quality, Environment, Water Efficiency and Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Objectives including the environmental aspects and impacts, Safety risk assessment, etc
- Ensure the effectiveness of Quality & Environment Management System across the department and compliance with the legal & regulation.
- Conduct periodic solution analysis and replenishment.
- Troubleshooting on process issues and provide technical reports.
- Identify, evaluate, review aspects & impacts of the risk hazards for existing & new processes & activities.
- Report any quality, environmental, water efficiency, and safety to the relevant internal authority.
- To liaise with customer regarding production issues/ projects.
- To establish & review periodically the work instructions, process parameters standards (PMP) and FMEA.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- Having 4 - 5 years' relevant work experience in electroplating / semiconductor field.
- Knowledge and experience in Wafer Plating is essential.
- Independent and self-driven individual.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
Working hours:
Normal Shift (5 days work week)
7.50am to 4.55pm
