Job Scope
- Handle inquiry, prepare quotation, handle shipment activation and cross trade shipments.
- Coordinate with customers for their incoming and outgoing goods
- Coordinate with Overseas Agent for shipment activities
- Understand import and export process
- To complete all required documentation on time.
- Handle customer's complaint and claims, take appropriate action and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer complaints.
- Ensure accurate data entry in reports
- Any other ad hoc task assigned
Requirement
- GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience experiences
