Part time Accounts Administrator

• Prepare sales related documents (example: Invoice, Quotation, service agreement etc)

• Support in bookkeeping and basic accounting entry

• Handle customer orders and email enquiries

• Liaise within relevant personnel to fulfil client’s request.

• Perform data entry work


Requirement:

1. Must have a GCE O'level

2. Must know MS office

3. Pleasant, meticulous and able to work at least 12 hours per week (work in office once a week)


Office location: Toh Guan Area (nearest MRT is Jurong East)
