Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment and acquisition matters.
- Place internal and external channels for job posting.
- Liaise & coordinate with recruitment agencies to source for candidates.
- Conduct Interviews / screening and select potential candidates to meet hiring managers' requirements.
- Handle work passes administration and onboarding processes.
- Handle career talks and job fairs.
- Prepare monthly recruitment report.
- Assist in developing company recruitment strategies
- Assist and coordinating in Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) activities/ Company recreation activities.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in recruitment activities or relevant experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR functions.
- Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team.
Work Hours: 5 days work week (7.50am to 4.55pm)
This role will be on 1 year contract, renewal subject to business operations needs.
