Work hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Job scope:
- Promote the use of digital/online services
- Assist residents in applying for ComCare assistance through the SupportGoWhere portal.
- Helping them to fill up an online application form;
- Helping them to prepare and upload required documents onto the Portal;
- Explaining the need for forms that require their signature and helping them to sign the forms digitally, where necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to teach digital skills
- Some relevant experience
- Passionate about the digitalisation of services and helping less tech-savvy residents
