Job Description
You will be part of a Project Team in an established and registered Charity Organisation for a Programme which involves working with young students, families and community stakeholders.
Your role in the Project Team would be :
· Liase and Engage with Schools to identify the Families and Young Students to join the Programme
· Profile these Young Students in terms of academic and social factors
· Manage a pool of Tutors to provide supplementary lessons to these Young Students
· Assess and Recruit these Tutors for their suitability to join the Programme
· Administer and Manage the Programme rollout in terms of academic progress and outcomes for the Young Students
· Support the Project Team for Events for these Families and Young Students
· Work with the rest of the Project Team to ensure the success of the Project and Programme
Requirements
· Caring disposition and emotional maturity to manage Social Work
· Ability to understand and work within Programme Requirements and Parameters
· Ability to recruit, manage and motivate a team of tutors
· Ability to administer and manage an academic programme for Young Students through a team of tutors
· Ability to assess, manage, track and motivate students in their learning journeys
· Willingness to work flexibly in terms of working hours
· Ability to work in a team
· MOE Teaching and Education-related experiences are valued and highly considered for this role
