SAP HCM
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute change requests, including business process discussions, detailed analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide end-user support for SAP HCM, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with teams and business partners to enhance system functionality and address pain points.
- Participate in both implementation and sustainment activities, with minimal travel across the Asia Pacific region.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HR/HCM project implementation and rollouts.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes, local statutory reporting, and audit requirements.
- Functional expertise and configuration skills in SAP HR/HCM modules.
- Ability to perform simple program debugging and support interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
