Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP HR solutions (OM, PA, Time Management, TEM).
- Integrate SAP HR with SuccessFactors and maintain system interfaces.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to meet business needs.
- Manage SAP HR projects and act as a point of contact for HR developers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in SAP HR development (OM, PA, Time, TEM).
- Proven expertise in SAP HR integration with SuccessFactors.
- Strong HR ABAP programming and configuration skills.
- Excellent project management and communication abilities.
