- Position: MIS Senior IT Manager (MUST have Management Information Systems/ Strategy)
- Location: Changi Business park
- Working hours: 5 days work week; Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $9,500 + Performance Bonus +

Main Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
- Develop and execute the MIS strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance our MIS capabilities
- Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of information systems as part of SDLC and data management practices
- Ensure the security, integrity and accessibility of data
- Write functional and technical documentation for applications and reporting solutions
- Perform system architecture design and code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards
- Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality of data protection and privacy.
- Implement data analytics initiatives to support strategic planning and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvements and lead initiatives for system enhancement and process optimization
- Lead and mentor the team in defining project requirements, tracking, functional documentation and training materials
- Work with relevant stakeholders on user acceptance testing
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization
- Plan and conduct end-user training
- Evaluate and recommend technology investment, manage budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in MIS with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Prove track record in projection management and system implementation
- Strong understanding of database management, data analytics and information systems architecture
- Preferably with experience in POS or Retail industry
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin
