- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm and inviting environment while attentively addressing each customer’s needs.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring the bar is always clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Maintain high hygiene standards by keeping the bar area tidy, equipment in top shape, and stock properly managed.
- Collaborate closely with the service team and pastry counter to guarantee smooth, timely, and seamless service.
- Enthusiastically present and promote our products to spark customer interest and drive sales.
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism, resolving issues when possible and escalating them to the Cafè Manager when necessary.
- Ensure smooth shift transitions by providing thorough handovers to colleagues for the next shift.
- Consistently maintain the café’s cleanliness, order, and overall appearance, while reporting any maintenance needs.
