Position title : Service coordinator cum Admin
Location: 22 SIN MING LANE
Working Days: 5 days, Monday-Friday
Working hours : 830am-6pm
Salary: $2500 and above (depending on experience)
Job scope:
*Answer phone calls and enquiries
*Maintaining, Prepare and arrange job schedules
*Liaise with clients & technicians for appoints
*Apply PTWs with Mall managements
*Maintaining client relationships and retention
*Preparing/sending invoices
*Maintaining company clients portfolio
*Tabulate Monthly sales/service reports
*Assist Accts to Follow up and chase payment
*Assist in Contract and quotation drafting
