Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, grievances, or other HR issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding and offboarding process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures across the company
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain staff welfare and benefits programs
- Assess training needs of staff with Heads of Depts and to monitor and execute the staff training plan
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance relating to human resource management
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources with full spectrum of HR knowledge including Training & Development, Payroll, Recruitment, Com & Ben, MOM / Gov's rules & regulations and or equivalent
- Possess good communication skills; able to work in fast paced environment
- Able to start immediately
