Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced R&D Project Manager to oversee the development and realization of standard product R&D projects. This role involves full functional and commercial responsibility, from project initiation to completion, ensuring that all objectives related to cost, quality, and schedule are met. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple departments and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage standard product R&D projects, ensuring successful execution from concept to market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal departments (R&D, Supply Chain Management, Production, and Product Management) to ensure seamless communication and progress.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with all project stakeholders, including international product management teams, sub-system suppliers, and production units.
- Cost & Schedule Control: Monitor and control project costs, schedules, scope, and technical performance, ensuring projects meet budgets and milestones.
- Quality & Risk Management: Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards while mitigating risks and addressing issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams through sprints, sprint reviews, and stand-up meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and quality product delivery.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and the Code of Conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in mechanical, software, electrical or electronic engineering or related studies.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in R&D, product development, or a technical field.
- Strong experience in leading cross-functional and multi-departmental teams.
- Proven track record in managing product development projects, from concept to launch.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies (sprints, stand-ups).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage stakeholders and project teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks.
