Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily manpower allocation and resources planning for on-site and off-site project operations.
- Coordinate project schedules, ensuring efficient arrangement and dispatching of resources.
- Liaise with project managers, vendors, and team members to meet project timelines and client expectations.
- Monitor and optimize resource utilization, balancing quality and productivity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Proven experience in operations, preferably within the furniture, construction, or related industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
