- Business product: Construction - Architectural product & finishes (Wall panel, ceiling, floor system etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Engagement: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify potential clients (including contractors and developers), and manage the sales cycle from quotations to closing deals.
- Technical Support: Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers, architects, and contractors, showcasing product benefits and features.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
- Order and Payment Coordination: Raise purchase requisitions and manage payment collections.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in business/engineering related studies.
- Relevant product knowledge for construction's application.
- sales experience, preferably with technical product knowledge related to construction.
