Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring the smooth operation of all facilities and services.
- Handle tenants’ inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to resolve issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and liaise with service providers and contractors for routine maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and repair works.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies, and take immediate action to rectify any issues.
- Maintain and update property management records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Requirements:
- Minimum Local Diploma in Property / Facilities Management or equivalent / BCA
- At least 1 year of relevant property / facilities management experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work immediately / within short notice is a plus
