  • Working days: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)
  • 6 months contract role (Jan 2025 - Jun 2025)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks for the department or office.
  • Professionally answer all internal and external calls, directing them to the right person.
  • Manage reception duties, greet visitors, and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations, providing necessary support for the event set up and turnover
  • Provide logistical support for events and public relations activities.
  • Assist with mailroom duties on an alternating basis as needed.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience of working at the Front of House within a Corporate or Hotel environment
  • Hospitality/receptionist background or experience would be a bonus
