Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks for the department or office.
- Professionally answer all internal and external calls, directing them to the right person.
- Manage reception duties, greet visitors, and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations, providing necessary support for the event set up and turnover
- Provide logistical support for events and public relations activities.
- Assist with mailroom duties on an alternating basis as needed.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience of working at the Front of House within a Corporate or Hotel environment
- Hospitality/receptionist background or experience would be a bonus
