Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation role and be responsible for conducting market research, developing solutions, prospecting, and expanding referral networks to seek out potential clients
- Coordinate Sales Efforts to Support Growth and Achieve Sales Targets
- Maintain High Quality Customer Service by ensure responsive services with follow ups, build strong relationships clients
- Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sales support on a timely basis
- Provide technical support and advice for clients
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the engineering or technical industry (e.g. Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Marine)
- Experience in Valve & Actuators will be a bonus
