Service Engineer (Chiller / Air-handling Unit)
Job Info:
- Basic $3500 - $4000 + VB
- 5 Days, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
- Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors
- Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
- Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air conditioning, Chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
