Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and assign equipmentoperators for aircraftpushback/towing, water/toilet servicingand supply of GSE equipment.
- Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towingand other utilities servicing activities.
- Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipmentrequirements/shortages.
- Maintain regularwalkie-talkie communication with the equipment operators to ensurepunctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.
- Attend to customers’ requests/complaints (wherenecessary).
- Update the duty supervisor on any delay.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Mgt with at least 2 years experience in the similar role in aviation industries.
- Candidates who are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Applications will have an advantage.
- Must be able to perform shift works
