Project Manager - Digital Infrastructure Projects
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, ensure clear deliverables, and manage expectations.
- Oversee project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and ensure environmental regulation compliance.
- Monitor expenditures, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Enforce quality control measures and conduct regular audits.
- Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, conduct training sessions, and investigate incidents.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and maintain accurate project documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering or related field.
- Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) and Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) certificates.
- 5+ years of civil construction industry experience.
- Safety-related certifications (e.g., Supervisor Safety, Risk Management) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
