Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore and is currently looking for Store Assistant / Logistics Executive (5 days per week) to handle incoming and outgoing of electronics equipment/spare items.
Responsibilities
- In charge of store planning and store upkeep, and ensure that store area is kept clean
- Inventory control of store items and this include receipt of items
- Ensures that goods in are entered into IT system
- Ensure that all goods are properly handled and placed in designated shelving
- Perform stock take as scheduled
- Records and maintains relevant stock records
- Update and maintain proper documentation of items movement
- Prepare Monthly Spare Reports
Job Requirement
- NITEC, Higher NITEC in Logistics, Store Management, Supply Chain or Engineering disciplines
- ‘N’ or ‘O’ level with IT knowledge and 1 year experience in store keeping / logistics
- Physically fit, able to carry load
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
- Possess basic computer knowledge
