Xi Yan award wining private dining established since 2005 has opened a brand new flagship restaurant , Xi Yan Maxwell with a fresh concept that includes Private dining, General Dining and Bar since July 2019. We are looking for suitable services crew in reservation/hosting, serving to be part of this new exciting concept.
Responsibilities include:
- delivering excellent customer service
- Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction
- Taking of orders, serving of beverages and food to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
- Assist in food running where necessary
Full time, part timers, interns are welcome to apply for position.
Qualities we seek are:

- Respective skills in functions to be performed
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Team work
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Experience in F&B Operations, fine dining, banquet
- Bilingual (English and Chinese) would be an advantage
- Preferably 5 years of previous experience in serving in restaurant
