Responsibilities:
- Make sure customer’s orders are processed promptly & accurately
- Make sure timely & accurate billing process
- Assist in issue shipping documents (e.g: Bills of Lading, Arrival Notice, Declare Import & Export Permit)
- Manage the receiving & processing functions following the warehouse operation
- Maintain and monitor inventory accuracy in WMS system
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of working experience as warehouse customer services
- Preferable experience in trucking and warehousing
- Experience with WMS and MS Office
