Responsibilities:
• Provide after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair of laboratory/ research/ analytical equipments
• Provide technical consultation to customers
• To respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline
• To prepare service reports
Requirements:
• ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Understanding of refrigeration system & robotic liquid handling equipment will be an advantage
• Related work experience in service / maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
