Printer Security Printing

Key Responsibilities

• Shall carry out all instruction given by Printer Security Printing and perform their duties to a satisfactory standard at all times.
• To operate Komori LS629, Heidelberg SM52-5+L,Heidelberg SM52-2NP & KBA Mini Orloff III assigned by Printer Security Printing.
• To be fully responsible on machine preventive maintenance, fixture and tolls to be well taken care of, and ensure machine in good running condition, clean and safe for operation.
• Setup the production equipment and plate management, mixed inks before executing the job orders.
• Set and run jobs according to Planner instruction.
• Checking and monitoring to ensure colour density will be follow light, standard and dark colour requirement (+/- 10% colour tolerance).
• To maintain printing quality and to meet customer specifications.
• Accountable for quality and end result of printing.
• Responsible to fill up production documentation such a Job Order, Machineries Record, acknowledgement slips, etc.
• To adhere to company policy and requirement on environmental and quality management system.
• Contribute to waste management programs.
• Report immediately all irregularities to their Senior Printing Specialist.
• To work on other tasks as per assigned by Senior Printing Specialist.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or working experience (will be consider).
• At least 5 years of working experience in operating offset printing machine.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Matured and willing to face challenges.
• Able to work independent.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary).
• Good communication skill.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
